नताङ्गी मातङ्गी रुचिरगतिभङ्गी भगवती
सती शम्भोरम्भोरुहचटुलचक्षुर्विजयते ॥ ४॥

natāṅgī mātaṅgī ruchiragatibhaṅgī bhagavatī

Padacheda (Word Separation)

विराजन् । मन्दार-द्रुम-कुसुम-हार । स्तन-तटी ।

नदत्-वीणा-नाद । श्रवण-विलसत्-कुण्डल-गुणा ।

सती । शम्भोः । अम्भोरुह-चटुल-चक्षुः । विजयते ॥

Anvaya (Prose Order)

मन्दारद्रुमकुसुमहारः स्तनतटीं विराजयति,

नदद्वीणानादः श्रवणयोः विलसत्कुण्डलगुणं विराजयति,

नताङ्गी मातङ्गी रुचिरगतिभङ्गी भगवती सती,

शम्भोः अम्भोरुहचटुलचक्षुः विजयते।

Meaning of the Words 

विराजन् मन्दारद्रुमकुसुमहारस्तनतटी - virājanmandāradrumakusumahārastanataṭī  = विराजन् + मन्दार-द्रुम-कुसुम-हार + स्तन-तटी — whose bosom is adorned with a garland of Mandāra-tree flowers

नदद्वीणानादश्रवणविलसत्कुण्डल - nadat-vīṇā-nāda-śravaṇa-vilasat-kuṇḍala = नदत् + वीणा + नाद + श्रवण + विलसत् + कुण्डल + गुणा - adorned with the sound of the resonating vīṇā and whose earrings gleam (shine) beside her ears

नताङ्गी - natāṅgī = नत + अङ्गी - whose body is gracefully inclined

मातङ्गी - mātaṅgī: the great Mātaṅgī (an aspect of the goddess)

रुचिरगतिभङ्गी - rucira-gati-bhaṅgī = रुचिर + गति + भङ्गी - whose manner of movement is beautiful and graceful

अम्भोरुहचटुलचक्षुः = अम्भोरुह + चटुल + चक्षु — whose eyes are restless/playfully moving like lotuses

भगवती - bhagavatī - The Divine Goddess (n epithet of Mātaṅgī. It elevates the description beyond physical beauty)

सती । - satī - The virtuous Goddess (the faithful and devoted consort) of

शम्भो - śambhō - Of Śambhu; belonging to Śambhu. Lord Siva.

र्विजयते - vijayatē - shine forth victorious

மந்தார மலர்மாலை அணி மார்பகம்சேர்
மங்கல வீணையொலியுடன் இணைந்தசையும் ஒளிர் குண்டலங்கள் அணி இரு செவிகளுடன்,
பணிவுடனே நளினமுடன் உடல், அசைந்தாடும் 
கமலம் ஒப்ப கண் விழிகளுடைய மாதங்கியே
பரமனவன்  நாயகியே  பணிந்திட்டேன் உனையே ! 4

Meaning 

She whose bosom shines with a garland of the Mandāra tree’s blossoms, whose ears are adorned with the gleaning ear rings that accompany the sound of a ringing vīṇā; who is slightly bowed — the great Mātaṅgī — with graceful movement, whose eyes are as beautiful as a lotus — she who has accepted (absorbed into herself) Śiva — Victory (salutations) to that goddess.
